To successfully achieve performance excellence, you must be equipped with up-to-date and fully-functioning equipment. That is why you will want to take advantage of the IT support available at the FY2019 North America Annual Meeting.

This is the one time you can get away from your PC and take advantage of the opportunity and drop it off and have it checked out by Siemens Healthineers top technology experts. So, drop off your laptop early!

Overview:

Healthcare IT will be providing PC, Smartphone and iPad support services during the North America Annual Meeting FY2019 from November 5-8, 2018.

The IT Technology Support Center will be providing a limited set of services focused primarily on:
PC Health Check (PC -Tune Up)
Smartphones
Basic hardware repairs (based on hardware availability)
PC Virus/Spyware
Wireless/Remote connectivity
One-on-one user support
 

Additionally, the IT team will be available to answer questions and provide assistance on issues related to other IT services or miscellaneous issues/problems you may be having.

The IT Technology Support Center Hours:

Monday, November 5th  10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 6th  7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 7th  7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

* A Siemens PKI Smartcard is required to pick up your laptop

Please follow the steps below prior to dropping off your laptop/smartphone during the meeting:
Complete the FY2019 NAAM IT Support Request Form. Please note the issues you are having on the form (it is recommended that you type all your information and print it out and bring it to the meeting)
Drop off your device – with a printed out completed IT Support Request form – at the IT Technology Support Center. You do not need to drop off your power cord or carrying case.
